Beginning of the Week

Monday, January 25th

I had to go to an Independent Medical Examiner this morning to get tested on the level of my injury. NOT fun! I'm so incredibly sore now and feel like sleeping the day away, but have to go to work. Thank goodness I have a Margie massage tonight!


Today's Workout:

T-Tapp MORE From My Home in the morning + body brushing.

T-Tapp MORE Workout in the evening with Margie.


Margie spoiled me with birthday presents! She gave me these beautiful flowers, brownies, an adorable Papillon mug and some treats for Roxy. I ♥ Margie! She really knows how to make people feel special.







Roxy was flipping out over these treats!


Here she is with her head in the bag. Don't worry, she didn't suffocate.


Today's Food Log:


Brekkie

Kashi Whole Wheat Biscuits Island Vanilla with Organic 2% Milk.




Snack

1/2 of this huge organic golden delicious apple.




Lunch

Split this with Marcel. 3 scrambled eggs with organic romaine.




Snack

Starbucks grande nonfat vanilla latte.




Finished off the rest of the apple before leaving the office.


And had this veggie beet chip at home...



Dinner

2 organic chicken tacos with cheese, garlic, jalapeno, lowfat sour cream and organic romaine in organic yellow corn shells.




Today's Supplements:

Alfalfa: 6 caps
Emergen-C: 2 packets

Tuesday, January 26th

I had an appointment with Dr. Pierce today and it turns out that my body was screaming because I lost my alignment. Got an adjustment and it's starting to settle in. I'm sure I will feel much better tomorrow, but I'm wiped out completely. Good thing I worked out this morning because I have to take the next few days off.

T-Tapp MORE the workout with Margie + body brushing.

Brekkie

Fried egg on whole wheat bread with organic romaine.




Lunch

Panera Bread Mediterrainan Salmon Salad.


Ate about 1/2 of this and tossed most of the onions.


Starbucks grande cinnamon dolce latte.




Dinner

Ate the rest of my salad...



Plus a slice of cheese pizza...
