Late Night Snacking...
When I stay up too late that my body needs more fuel to keep up my energy... and therefore, I get
! What a concept.
That's why I'm normally in bed by 11pm.
off with a Chobani Strawberry Greek Yogurt...
Then had a spoonful of peanut butter...
And finally, because I was starting to feel tipsy after 2 glasses of wine, a toasted English Muffin with Olive Oil Butter.
