Totally did not plan on this happening, but ate fiesta foods for lunch and dinner today! I like the sound of Fiesta Friday... and we might make it a habit.

Green Monster (1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 cup Original Almond Breeze, 1 cup organic plain lowfat yogurt, 1 Tbsp organic flax).
Latte Break
Starbucks Tall Nonfat Vanilla Latte.
Snack
Egg and Veggie Salad with Italian Dressing.
Lunch
Poblano's Adobe Chicken Taco Salad.
There was some rice in the bottom...
And a few tortilla chips with queso.
Dinner
Turkey Tacos and a Glass of Robert Mondavi Woodbridge Merlot.
