This afternoon we all went to Pinellas County Head Start to measure the remaining participants of our 2 month challenge. Teresa Tapp has been training about 40 of these women weekly and they have gotten great results! Will post an update when we get their final inch loss results calculated.

I will measure again on February 15th to finish up my own January Jump Start T-Tapp Challenge.


Was absolutely starving by the time we got through the traffic jam...
