Last Night's Eats

Just a quick post to catch up on last night's eats...


Dinner

Egg Fried Rice.



Scrambled Eggs, Brown Rice, Carrots, Onion, Red Pepper and Lite Soy Sauce.

Also had 2 Miller High Life beers... probably not the best idea.


Supplements

Alfalfa: 4 caps
Vitamin D3: 4 sprays

Water intake: 1 liter

Water intake today: 2 liters

Veggies today: 5
Fruits today: 1
