I lost about 1/2 of the inches I gained during the end of May and June in a little less than 2 weeks! Yep, that's the power of T-Tapp. I was going to wait until August 7th to post 1 month results, but this just amazes me.
All my inch loss was in my lower body... a plus for me as I'm pretty happy with my upper body size currently. I did gain 1/4 inch on one upper thigh, but they're balancing out (something that happens with T-Tapp exercise).
