July 2010 Workout Summary



Well, I did better than last month at least.  Will do even better in August!


July 6th
Basic Workout Plus

July 8th
Tempo 2 (Intermediate)

July 10th
I walked at the park up stairs and downhill.  Also did some stretching, Awesome Legs and Organs in Place.

July 12th
Tempo 2 (8 Reps)

July 13th
2 sets of Hoe Downs


July 14th
Tempo 2

July 15th
2 sets of Hoe Downs, took the stairs at the movies (walked with good T-Tapp form -- about 5 flights each way).

July 17th
Tempo Lower Body

July 19th
Basic Workout Plus

July 21st
Primary Back Stretch and Hoe Downs

July 22nd
Primary Back Stretch and Hoe Downs
