Tempo 2 - Intermediate level 

August 16th
Basic Plus 

August 21st
Maxi Max Extreme through Gymnastic Stretch

August 22nd
Primary Back Stretch and Hoe Downs

August 25th
Tempo 2 - 8 Reps customized for lower body (about 30 minutes of exercise)

August 26th
2 sets of Hoe Downs

August 27th
Tempo 2 - Intermediate 10 Reps through Thread the Needle.

August 29th
2 sets of Hoe Downs

August 30th
Tempo 2 - 8 Reps
