Tuesday's Eats
Brekkie
Green smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk
And a Chobani 0% with Nature's Path Pomegran Plus Granola with Cherries.
Lunch
I headed home to have lunch with my sister before she left for Gainesville.
Crustless Spinach Quiche with Salad.
Dinner
Not much left in the fridge... made Marcel leftover tacos. And for me... an Ezekiel Wrap with Boiled Egg, Romaine, Spicy Mustard and a little Cheddar.
After dinner I snacked on 2 Tbsp of Freshly Ground PB... shared a little with Roxy too.
