My peepers wanted to close over an hour ago... been feeling drained, tired, achy this evening.  Probably in need of more TLC (exercise, water, sleep, massage, mag oil, etc), but there aren't enough hours in the day.  Going to try to get up and exercise first thing in the morning.  It seems to work the best for me to get it done and not have to worry about having the time or energy after work.  Now just a matter of waking up early enough... G'night!

Au revoir!

P.S. It was a Meatless Monday and I didn't even try!

I love your daily food diary, and the recipes you share look so delicious! This Purple Kale Blueberry Smoothie is the perfect healthy way to start out the day. Cutting back just 15% (or once every seven days) is a great way to live a healthier life. Just 15% is enough to reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke and cancer. I work with a nonprofit public health campaign, called Meatless Monday. If you’re looking for more tasty meatless recipes, their website (www.meatlessmonday.com) is a great source, with plenty of information on health and nutrition, including alternative sources of protein!

Thanks so much for helping to spread the word with the Meatless Monday posts you’ve written so far. Many bloggers think its fun to do a Meatless Monday post every Monday. Does that sound like something you’d be interested in? If you’re interested in writing weekly posts please email me at meatlessmondayblogs@gmail.com to coordinate outreach!
