How I Feel
Head: headache before lunch
Jaw: popping/crunching, feels out of alignment
Neck: sore, tension at the base, tight on both sides
Back: sore lower back
I was so tired today! I took a salt/lavender bath when I got home and I am going to bed early. Good night!
