Hello Blog World!


I'm starting this blog for personal reasons only - to keep track of my health, workouts and how I feel from day to day. I was in a car accident on September 4, 2002 and have been dealing with whiplash and pain as a result. My attorney told me to keep track of these things, so I'm using the blog as an outlet.


Things I will keep track off...

  • Essentials: water, exercise, body brushing
  • Supplements: to help me feel better
  • Food: to track how healthy I'm eating and where I could improve
  • How I Feel: to track how my body is healing as a result of the accident
