I'm starting this blog for personal reasons only - to keep track of my health, workouts and how I feel from day to day. I was in a car accident on September 4, 2002 and have been dealing with whiplash and pain as a result. My attorney told me to keep track of these things, so I'm using the blog as an outlet.
