Bootcamp: Day 2

FOOD
B-fast: grande nonfat vanilla latte, 1/2 no sugar added banana loaf
Lunch: leftovers from last night - salmon, asparagus, salad and cous cous
Snack: 2 pieces Godiva chocolate, Vitamin Water
Dinner: lasagna and spinach

HOW I FEEL
1:14pm
Sore all over, but still good. I'm not very motivated to exercise today. I need to work on staying in the exercise frame of mind. My neck and back are bothering me. PBS and some movement should help.

10:30pm
Sweating like a dog. My 2nd day of BC is always the hardest. I already feel stronger. Still bobbling though - regaining lost ground.
