FOOD: GM day
B-fast:
1/2 Odwalla Strawberry C Monster Smoothie, 10 almonds, grande nonfat vanilla latte
Lunch: Greek grilled chicken and salad with tzatziki sauce
Snack: string cheese, organic yogurt drink, raw almonds, 2 sandwich pickle slices
Dinner: slow cook brown rice, stir fry chicken with broccoli and carrots, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, Vitamin Water

HOW I FEEL

I'm sort of upset that I didn't workout or brush yesterday, but I was really out of it and stressed. We slept in super late and went to bed early. I can't stay out late anymore without feeling old. It's weird how that changes all of a sudden after you hit age 25. Oh well. My plan is to do 3 more days in a row then start EOD.

8:38pm
I had to go to the store after my last post and make dinner, then eat (we were both starving). Then I decided to watch ANTM, which was a great episode, but now it's almost 9pm and I still haven't worked out. No excuses, right? I better get to it because I need to study for my final tonight too. There just aren't enough hours in the day. I think I might try writing down what time I eat things. I wonder if that really matters. I need to learn more about nutrition.
