HOW I FEEL
12:53pm
My shoulder and hip feel much better today, but still need some work. I could really use a Margie massage (she's a life saver).

10:45pm
Workout, check. Body brushing, check. Cellulite Smoother™, check. Salt bath, check.

I have to say that using the Cellulite Smoother™ was interesting. At first at least 10 minutes per area is required, which seems like a long time. Here's what Home Cellulite Therapy recommends...

"As your body gets used to this treatment start using it up to 10 - 15 minutes per cellulite area minimum. Do not exceed 30 minutes per cellulite area. Use it every day on each area of cellulite around your thigh or buttocks the first two weeks. The third week you can start using it every other day."

I stand in T-Tapp Stance with muscles contracted (per Teresa's recommendation). I'm doing the thighs and butt, so that's 40 minutes of vacuuming. Hey, if it works its worth it.
