Dinner: turkey meatball sandwich (half bread, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, lettuce), asparagus

HOW I FEEL

Okay, so my lunch wasn't the healthiest. At 620 calories and 33 fat grams just for the food, then add the soda into the mix and I probably at more than 750 calories for one meal. At least I started the day off with a healthier meal. I wish I would've brought lunch, but I was rushing this morning.

My new "beauty" routine takes a lot of time!! Workout for about an hour, then do skin care for about another hour (body brushing, Cellulite Smoothing, bathing, etc). AND its only Day 3. Tomorrow we're going to Orlando for a weekend vacation and are supposed to leave early in the morning (its a 2 hour drive). I'm going to have to wake up at 7:00am to be able to leave the city by 10:00am. Then we'll be driving and running around ALL DAY. Sunday I'm going to be exhausted.

I did 10 minutes on my left side with the Cellulite Smoother, then motor burned out. Great! How discouraging. Luckily, I bought it recently, so maybe Target will take it back.
