Beauty Boot Camp: Day 6

Full Workout + OIP, Crunches, AL, DD: yes

SUPPLEMENTS
Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter

FOOD
B-fast:
Simple Harvest Vanilla, Almond and Honey, a handful of raw almonds
Lunch: half Boar's Head sub (mayo, spicy mustard, turkey, white American cheese, extra lettuce, green peppers, tomatoes, onion, sub sauce), a few pretzel fish, medium iced latte with sugar (Dunkin Donuts)
Dinner: Panda Express orange chicken, white rice, egg roll

HOW I FEEL

I feel crappy today. Maybe its because my body is still recovering from the weekend. I wanted to sleep all day this morning. Staying in Orlando wasn't a very good nights sleep. I will never book at the Royal Pacific Resort again. They have beautiful property with fun things to do, but their rooms are no where near as nice as the Portofino Bay Hotel (also at Universal Studios) and they're the same price basically.
