I lost 4.5 inches! The BIGGEST accomplishment for me is 1 inch off EACH THIGH and 0.5 inch off my HIPS. My hips did go up some since the last time I measured, so now I'm at 37.5, which is still good!
I don't usually measure above the bust. All measurements are probably slightly larger than actual measurements because Shannon did them for me while I was fully clothed. Also, my arms evened out. I feel like I've gained more muscle in that area... probably due to the increased muscle activation during the event.
