January 7th: BC Day 1

FOOD
B-fast:
Smart Start Antioxidant cereal with 2%, grande nonfat vanilla latte
Lunch: Wendy's crispy chicken sandwich, side salad with ranch (small amount)
Snack: chocolate truffle, 5 strawberries, a few tortilla chips (starving before dinner)
Dinner: black beans and white rice, 2 crescent rolls, caesar salad, 1/2 baked potato
Snack: candy cane

I started using the Kinoki Detox Foot Pads last night. I slept great, but don't know if they had anything to do with that. This morning when I removed the pads they were dark brown! I guess that means they're working the magic. You're supposed to use them until the pad is white when you remove it.
