B-fast:
1.5 scrambled eggs, yellow apple
Lunch: turkey burger, lettuce, cucumber, Parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette
Snack: small V8
Dinner: turkey taco salad and guac with tortilla chips (bad me)
Snack: a monster brownie (couldn't help it)

Kinoki foot pad was still gross this morning.

Even though I only did BW last night, it makes me feel so much better. I figure I will do 4 days BW and 4 days TI. Then go back to 3x/week.

I'm *trying* to eat GM today. So far so good.

Okay, so I messed up my GM day... will try again tomorrow. I bought some egg whites, spinach, soups and yogurt - think that will help. I want a personal chef. Any offers?

The important thing is that I move my body. Well done for today.
