Lunch: Healthy Choice Italian Style Wedding soup (1/2 can = 1 serving), salad with ranch (lettuce, baby carrots, yellow pepper, broccoli), boiled egg, one mini muffin, Itoen Peach tea
Dinner: Annie's Tuna Noodle Casserole (not great - at all), fresh broccoli, 3 biscuits with butter
Snack: small brownie (compared to last night - must need magnesium)

Kinoki foot pad is still yucky. I wonder how long it takes to go clear.

MX1 is harder than I remember! A few form things that I noticed...
- hand position on Hoe Downs (mistakenly called Lawnmowers)
- one set of Hoe Downs done SUPER s - l - o - w and the other done SUPER fast!
- hand position on shoulder rolls (palm facing back wall)
- I needed extra water breaks
- I stopped before the floor (its been a while)
After only completing about 35 minutes of MX1 I know why I was so strong before. This workout is a toughie! AND this is my day 3... yikes. Killer. Tomorrow I go for the floor.
