Back to Basics

FOOD: GM Day
B-fast:
8 oz fresh juice (3 carrots, 1 green apple, 1/2 container of blueberries), grande nonfat vanilla latte
Snack: whole grapefruit
Lunch: Dole Winter Medley salad kit, 1 Tbsp Publix reduced fat blue cheese crumbles, Perdue original roasted chicken breast, 1 tsp dried cranberries
Snack: 10 chocolate covered almonds, fresh orange juice (about 1.5 small oranges)
Dinner: wild tuna steak with Cajun seasoning (lemon and EVOO), slow cook brown rice with Parmesan cheese, asparagus with garlic pepper

I think I've learned that I can't skip workouts anymore. Tonight was hard and it was only the basics. I need to stay consistent with every other day (or at least BW daily) or else I feel like my strength and flexibility slips fast.

My honey bought me the chocolate covered almonds to celebrate the day that we met three years ago. He's so sweet and so were the almonds. Not too bad for a GM day anyhow.
