I love to play the Nintendo Wii! It's so fun. Some of the games actually make me work up a sweat or at least increase my heart rate due to moving around so much. Wii Sports, WarioWare: Smooth Moves and EA Playground just to name a few.

A newer Wii game that I want to try is Wii Fit. This game uses a Wii Balance Board (a pad that players stand on while doing various types of exercise) and includes calisthenics, yoga, and balancing. The Wii becomes your personal trainer at home!

Exercise Video Games seem to be a new trend that will continue to grow. At least it helps keep kids active!
