three scrambled eggs, romaine lettuce, Yo+ yogurt
Lunch: Campbell's Butternut Squash soup
Dinner: turkey burger patty salad
Snack: 1/2 can of pineapple chunks in pineapple juice

JOURNAL
9:30pm
Well, I made it through a GM day. I was starving by 3:45pm. Should have had a salad or something in addition to the soup. It's just not enough fuel for me on a workout day. After dinner I did have a craving for cookies. I worked out this morning and by about 9:00pm I was ready for bed. Tempo and the challenge moves kicked my butt. I'm sore.
