FOOD
7:45am: fresh juice (lettuce, cucumber, 1 carrot)
8:50am: Mi-Del all natural gingersnaps (about 15... so good)
10:30am: Tazo Zen green tea
1:00pm: Chinese food... sample of szechwan beef with fried rice, steamed veggies, curry chicken, bite of egg roll, fortune cookie (feeling full and dizzy)
2:20pm: Dunkin Donuts small iced coffee with cream/little sugar
6:30pm: ranch turkey burger, 1/4 baked potato with butter and A1

Now I remember why I was in such awesome shape about 7 years ago... I was doing MX1 all the time like it was a piece of cake. :)
