7:50am: Kashi Strawberry Fields cereal with organic 2% milk

1:10pm: Progresso Chicken Noodle soup, baby carrots
2:45pm: chocolate cupcake with peanut butter frosting (yum!)
7:45pm: Bahama Breeze (I can't walk there from my place. Love it.) salad, jerk chicken pasta, a small piece of garlic bread and a few firecracker shrimp

JOURNAL

I'm actually sore today, but feel pretty good. Worked up a little sweat last night with BPT. My workout seemed harder than day 1. We'll see how it goes tonight.

Tonight's workout was easier that last night. Probably should have worked out and then gone to dinner because I was still pretty full when exercising. But, hey I got it done. :)
