EXERCISE

SUPPLEMENTS

Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
B12 Plus (6 sprays): 3
Priority Women's Complete (8 caps): 4
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter

FOOD

8:10am: cup of Tazo ginger green tea, 6 oz organic cranberry juice
8:50am:
organic gala apple, 2 boiled eggs, Dunkin Donuts medium latte (no sugar)
12:30pm: Campbell's Clam Chowder, homemade salad, pretzel goldfish crackers
6:00pm: slice of leftover quiche, 2 slices of chicken quesadilla with lowfat sour cream
7:30pm: pretzel goldfish crackers

JOURNAL

Feeling a bit "off" today. I took 4 vitamins this morning on an empty stomach - NOT a good idea!!! On my way to work I started feeling sick, so I ate part of my apple. Then had to stop before actually getting to the office to throw up. It has to be the vitamins. So from now on I must eat before taking any supplements. Feeling sort of dizzy and nauseous. Going to attempt to eat some soup and salad for lunch and see how that goes.

Still needed caffeine to wake up this morning. Ended up staying up until midnight laying in bed for a while before actually going to sleep. Don't know why I was so wired.

It's the vitamins. I did that once or twice and oooeeee. Felt AWFUL awful awful. Coworkers asked if I was pregnant I was feeling so bad, had to pull over to puke.. ew.

After that day I did feel much better, but haven't been able to take my vitamins since. Maybe I'll try tomorrow AFTER eating.
