FOOD
8:50am: organic coffee with organic cream/sugar
9:20am: 2 boiled eggs
12:20pm: spinach and chicken salad (rotisserie chicken, fresh spinach, red onion, green and red peppers, jalapeno, cilantro, reduced fat feta cheese, cucumber), baby carrots
3:45pm: organic gala apple, raw almonds
7:30pm: baby carrots and a little hummus, slice of Cabot seriously sharp white cheddar
8:20pm: homemade stuffed pepper (ingredients: ground turkey, ranch seasoning, red onion, garlic, spinach, tomatoes, salt/pepper, 1% organic milk, Cabot seriously sharp white cheddar cheese) and brown rice, 5oz Jack Daniel's Lynchburg Lemonade

Oh, my head hurts today. I tried some of the suggestions on my post from earlier, but it's still here. Need to get out of my exercise rut!!
