Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
Cellfood (8 drops/3x): 16 drops
Jus (1 oz): yes
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter
FOOD
7:50am: 2 boiled eggs, a few cherry tomatoes
10:30am: whole banana
12:25pm: bean & 'bello burger, Pacific creamy butternut squash soup
6:15pm: Snapea Crisps
7:30pm: rotisserie chicken Ezekiel wrap quesadilla (chicken, wrap, sharp cheddar, red onion, garlic, romaine, organic plain fatfree yogurt)
8:45pm: Cherry Garcia (when the boyfriend eats it I have to eat some too)

OMG... tonight's workout was so hard. I was dripping with sweat before I even got to Lunges. Wow! I actually applied some of the new Ladybug form tweaks... like using a towel on PBS. I feel stronger, but still working up to longer routines.
