Retreat Countdown + Challenge Update

Oh boy did I want to sleep in like it was Saturday this morning! Skipped my morning routine, but did make a repeat of yesterday's breakfast.


8:00am: fresh organic beet/carrot/apple juice, 2 boiled eggs with sea salt


10:10am: Starbucks tall nonfat vanilla latte




Morning supplements:
Alfalfa: 3 caps
B-12: 3 sprays
Pyruvyl Glycine: 8 sprays

Water: 0.5 liter


1:00pm: leftover Egg Foo Yummy! with extra MorningStar Asian Veggie patty




Afternoon supplements:
Alfalfa: 4 caps
B-12: 4 sprays
Fibertox: 1 cap
Pyruvyl Glycine: 4 sprays

Water: 1 liter


Countdown to the Annual T-Tapp Retreat!

6:30pm: chicken tacos and salad (ground chicken breast, taco seasoning, seriously sharp cheddar, onion, garlic, jalapeno, romaine)

Water: 0.5 liter




7:45pm: shared apple slices with almond butter and glass of original Almond Breeze

After dinner I did Primary Back Stretch, body brushing, then Hoe Downs and Organs in Place, Awesome Legs and Diva Derriere. Great mini target and tone combination!




Halloween has to be one of my all-time favorite holidays and times of year. I spent most of my evening stumbling through the internet looking for Halloween costume ideas. Usually I already know what I want to dress up as for THE Annual Halloween House Party. Not this year. I don't do those skimpy polyester mass-produced costumes. I prefer original creative one-of-a-kind costumes. Usually I end up building my own piece by piece. We'll see... now that I have some ideas brewing it will have to be a surprise! *grin*


Off to read Breaking Dawn (No, I'm still not finished. I'm savoring it!) and then to bed...
