7:50am: Purple Monster

8:30am: 2 boiled eggs with sea salt
12:40pm: leftovers - whole wheat pasta, chickpeas, spinach, basil, Parmesan cheese
1:00pm: salad with a little ranch and pita chips
Afternoon Supplements:
Alfalfa: 3 caps
Priority Women's Complete Multi: 2 caps
5:15pm: 1 boiled egg with sea salt
Roxy's eying my eggy. She loves them!
6:15pm: 2 turkey tacos and salad
My boyfriend asked for cookies... and I delivered...
8:00pm: homemade oatmeal cookies with coconut and walnuts, coffee with original Almond Breeze/sugar
I really ate about 6 of these! Yikes... too delicious.
I did Basic Plus Tempo tonight. My body really needed it. I may have burned off a cookie or two. Think I'm going to try to at least do that routine daily for a while.
