Darn Good for a Monday

Slept right through my alarm this morning...

8:00am: coffee with vanilla Almond Breeze, cottage cheese with mixed nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon and organic milled flax seeds with orange slices

So far so good on no sugar today. Would usually add that to my coffee.

Morning Supplements:
Alfalfa: 4 caps
Cellfood: 4 drops
Gentle Transition: 2 caps
Jus: 1 ounce
Priority Women's Complete Multi: 3 caps
Wobenzym: 8 tablets

12:30pm: veggie and turkey soup (made from the leftover stuffed pepper mix with added veggies and veggie broth), baby carrots and hummus

1 serving veggies!

OMG... ate all that food and I'm still hungry.

After lunch I did 2 sets of Hoe Downs with Jen and La.

Afternoon Supplements:
Alfalfa: 3 caps
Gentle Transition: 2 caps
Priority Women's Complete Multi: 3 caps
Wobenzym: 4 tablets

So hard for me to take all these supplements... pills, gah!

On the way home I snacked on some...
6:00pm: baby carrots (about 1/2 cup)

6:45pm: organic black beans and brown rice with fresh spinach, seriously sharp cheddar and lite sour cream

After dinner I did Basic Workout from Tempo 8 Reps and body brushed.

8:30pm: green monster

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp organic milled flax seed
  • 1 cup vanilla Almond Breeze

Evening Supplements:
Natural Calm - Raspberry Lemon: 2 tsp

Gusto brekkie - check! (Actually kept me full until noon.)

Basic Workout - check!
Body brushing - check!
No added sugar - check!
Veggies - check!

Darn good for a Monday.
