Brought Roxy to work with me today! She likes to snooze on my lap.
I slept through my 6:45am alarm! Woke up at 7:45 instead with no time for exercise. Bummer. I was going to get it all out of the way first thing this morning. ::sigh:: The weather doesn't help any. It's dreary out... gray skies and a cool breeze with threats of rain.
8:00am: 2 boiled eggs with sea salt, slice of Ezekiel toast with organic PB&J, sliced organic gala apple, cup of raspberry green tea with poma honey and lemon

After lunch I did 4 sets of Hoe Downs! Burnin' it.

8:00pm: HUGE salad with leftover black beans and brown rice

On my plate:
- 3 servings of organic romaine and spinach (1/2 cup each)
- 1.5 cup mixed chopped veggies (cucumber, zucchini, purple cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, tomato)
- 1 cup black beans and brown rice
- a little 50% reduced fat cheddar, EVOO and garlic pepper
I made my 6 servings of veggies today!
After dinner I did the entire Tempo 2 DVD with some extra lower back stretches and downward dogs mixed in between the moves. I feel amazing! Off to brush and take my supplements...
