Yesterday I discovered that when I'm out of veggies I get really grumpy. We stocked up on tons of veggies for the week... sweet potatoes, romaine, spinach, zucchini, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers, etc. I'm in Veggie Heaven today!

I went to my chiropractic appointment this afternoon. Just plugging along... seems like my body is not improving much in the aches and pains department. I'm doing all that I can -- exercising almost daily, drinking tons of water, taking supplements, eating as many veggies and whole foods as I can. I'm trying to stay positive that my physical condition will improve more than this, but seems like there is something else out there that could help me. Something else I could be doing. I'm at a loss. My funds are exhausted and I can't see anyone new until this whole deal is settled. Grrr... just a bit frustrating.

Got home early... driving in the rain scares the crap out of me. Mainly because people forget how to drive carefully.
5:15pm: homemade hummus and whole grain pita chips (sorry no photo)
5:40pm: 2 turkey tacos and salad

Yet another 1.5 cups of veggies!
After dinner digested a bit and I finished off another Ugly Betty DVD... and then did a floor workout from memory.
