T'appy Holidays Week 1, Nov 1-7



Here is my T'appy Holidays summary for Week 1!


Sunday, November 1st
  • Primary Back Stretch (3 minutes of movement)
  • Body Brushing
  • 3.5 servings of veggies (made it to the grocery late in the day)

Monday, November 2nd

  • Basic Workout Plus (from Tempo 2 - 8 reps)
  • Body Brushing
  • 5.5 servings of veggies (almost there!)

Tuesday, November 3rd
  • Tempo 2 - 8 reps (all of it!)
  • 2 sets of Hoe Downs
  • 10 minutes of brisk walking
  • Body Brushing
  • 6 servings of veggies (yeah, baby!)
I figured out to eat 2 full servings of veggies per meal OR snack on veggies between meals.


Wednesday, November 4th
  • 30 minute floor session: Primary Back Stretch, then some of Stott Pilates/Yoga Simple Stretches DVD, Organs in Place/Half Frogs, Crunches, Oblique Sit-ups, Legs Up Sit-ups, Organs in Place, Awesome Legs, Pretzel Twist and Diva Derriere
  • 10 minutes of brisk walking
  • Body Brushing
  • 5.5 servings of veggies

Thursday, November 5th
  • Maxi Max #1 (30 minutes standing, 30 minutes floor)
  • Body Brushing
  • 4.5 servings of veggies

Friday, November 6th
  • Basic Plus Tempo
  • Body Brushing
  • 5.5 servings of veggies

Saturday, November 7th
  • Primary Back Stretch + Vibrational Yoga DVD (Already completed my weekly exercise requirement with 100% of the points allocated. Yay!)
  • Body Brushing
  • 4.5 servings of veggies

T'appy Holidays tallied up:
  • 450 Points
  • Diva Status
  • Lost 2.5 inches (gained 0.75, see results below)




I did pretty darn good for my first week of this challenge. The only area where I need to improve is veggies. Getting in 6 servings per day is a lot for me! Eating more veggies does make me feel a lot better overall though. Lani said that a shot of Jus could count towards my veggies since it's equivalent to eating about 13 fruits and veggies due to the high antioxidant levels. Next week I'm going to try to step it up and get more fresh veggies in each day. I want to achieve Goddess status!
