I actually gained all 6 inches already lost back in the past 2 weeks. Yikes. Miss a few little workouts (1 Basic and 3 30-minute sessions) and 2 days of body brushing, eating for the holidays and I'm right back to square one. Also, have not been feeling well at all, so that could be part of the problem. My body is full of inflammation right now from my injury and it's that time of the month... double whammy!
