Low Key Weekend

Missed blogging yesterdays uneventful food... so here you go.

Saturday, January 16th

No workout today... took the day off to let my body rest. Still not feeling that great.

Sunday, January 17th

Feeling a teeny bit better today, so I made myself squeeze in a workout.

Hard Boiled Egg with Sea Salt

Hot Green Tea with Honey, Whole Grain Waffles topped with Sliced Almonds, Coconut and Organic Maple Syrup.


Well, sort of a lunch. Fresh Organic Carrot Juice.


Organic Golden Delicious Apple and Bear Naked Original Protein Granola.



Organic Edamame and Organic Blue Corn Chips.


Marcel's been on a garlic kick ever since I got the sniffles. Garlic has a ton of health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties. So he put together this Roasted Garlic Soup with Egg Noodles. His first ever soup made from scratch! I'm so proud.

I ate some French bread with this meal too.
