Spring is just around the corner!


Workout

Nothing yet. Planning on doing Basic Plus Tempo or PBS + core building moves tonight.

Had a wonderful massage with Margie this morning. Think we're going to try to workout together on Wednesday and Friday.

My new full workout days are: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.

Pacific Creamy Tomato Soup and MorningStar Grillers California Turkey patty.





Love the soup, could pass on the "turkey" patty.
