Learn to Love Your Lats

Workout

Nothing yet... was going to workout with Margie and do Basic Plus Tempo this morning, but she was running late.

Had a much needed massage instead. Guess I really did "learn to love my lats" last night with Ladybug Workout... a good portion of the massage focused on releasing my lats and now they feel great.
