Resetting My Body Clock

I was sleeping before 10pm last night AND my body clock woke me up at 6am. Amazing how that works! I feel very rested today.




Exercise

Tempo 2 (8 reps) + Diva Derriere and Body Brushing.


Eats

Brekkie

Blueberry Banana Green Monster.



Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 whole fresh banana
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Original Almond Breeze
  • 1 Tbsp organic flax
  • 1/2 tsp bee pollen

Lunch

Salad with Feta.




Boy, someone's bacon lunch smell good!!!


Supplements

Alfalfa: 4 caps
B-12 Plus: 4 sprays
Pyruvyl Glycine: 4 sprays
Vitamin D3: 4 sprays

Water intake today: 0.5 liters
