FOOD
B-fast:
1 whole egg + egg whites scrambled, lettuce, coffee with cream and sugar
Snack: 1/2 banana
Lunch: Kashi Chicken Florentine
Snack: 1/2 banana, cup of plain low fat organic yogurt, granola to go packet
Dinner: turkey ranch burger (turkey patty, ranch seasoning, Publix bun, lettuce, cucumber, avocado, a little mayo/spicy mustard), steamed broccoli

JOURNAL
I've kind of gotten my "full" and "off" days mixed up, but that's okay. Just realized that I didn't measure ONCE in March! Oops.

I plan on participating in the T-Tapp 60-day Challenge starting April 11th. Since I'm a T-Tapp staffer technically I can't "enter". But you know what... it will be fun to join in and do the before/after photos and measurements and cheer everyone else on. I basically do that stuff anyway and it's been a long time since I've posted progress photos.

You've probably noticed that I've been eating a lot of Kashi frozen meals for lunch. They were BYGO at the grocery and I couldn't resist. These are probably the healthiest frozen things you can eat and if I whipped it up myself it would be considered GM since they use whole ingredients. I love Kashi. Their website is full of great info. I like the "daily challenge" section and the slogan "7 whole grains on a mission."
