Basic Workout Ladybug Style


Saturday, July 18th

I did the Basic Workout from the Ladybug Workout this afternoon and added 2 sets of Hoe Downs at the end. Wow, did that make my back feel better! I had an "ah-ha" moment too. I think I'll be sticking to the BW-LB for the next week or so.

Now I'm going to the Summer Ska Festival in Clearwater! Time to have some fun.


Sunday, July 19th

I'm sore from yesterday's workout, which means I really need to do it more often. Today was full of errands (I love the Publix Greenwise Market in Hyde Park!) and lots of relaxation around the house. Didn't feel like doing much, plus the weather didn't help at all.

I have to try it. I have the DVD. I've been doing the BWO+ consistently for the past 6 weeks or so.
