Today's Workout

I got up this morning and worked out! Woo hoo... will be up even earlier tomorrow.

Brekkie

Oatmeal with Original Almond Breeze, Coconut, Cranberries and Maple Syrup.




Latte

Starbucks Grande Nonfat Vanilla Latte.

Lunch

Ban Thai Panang Chicken with Brown Rice and Spring Roll.







And two stuffed mushrooms...




Snack

Saltine Crackers and Cheese while cooking dinner.




Dinner

Turkey Stuffed Pepper.



Ingredients:
Ground Turkey Breast, Onion, Garlic, Peppers, Tomatoes, Cheddar and Seasoning Stuffed into a Green Bell Pepper.




1/2 of this Sweet Potato with Cinnamon and Butter.



And a glass of Merlot...
