Berry Green Monster

Workout

Due to yesterday's mishap, I woke up early to squeeze in a morning workout...

Tempo 2 + body brushing.

And 2 sets of Hoe Downs after lunch.

Berry Green Monster!



I was seriously craving a green monster.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen organic cherries and the last of the organic raspberries
  • 1 cup Original Almond Breeze
  • 1 Tbsp organic flax

I absolutely LOVE the cherries in this green monster smoothie. SO good!

Now I really want to try Kristen's Cherry Chocolate Bomb shake that's been floating around the blog world.


Lunch

Ban Thai Coconut Chicken Soup.




Mmmm... they made it good today!
