Although I will be staying home instead of celebrating the Irish festivities by going out to gawk at those drunk on green beer, I will enjoy this holiday with a green spirit. (Trying to avoid the drunk drivers at all costs. Last year was a close enough call for me.)
Already enjoyed my Green Monster this morning and have Irish Beef Stew in the crock-pot cooking for dinner! Maybe I'll turn a beer green just for the fun of it.
