Just body brushing so far. Planning on doing Ladybug Workout or Tempo Lower Body tonight.

Crispers 1/2 Roasted Portobello Sandwich and Salad with a little Ranch dressing.






Broke the Meal Planning I did on Monday... spent last night preparing for my Irish Beef Stew and totally forgot that I needed to make a lunch.

Water intake: 0.5 liters

Time to drink more water!!!


Oh, and I also did oil pulling this morning for about 10 minutes.
