Dessert: chocolate cake, coffee with cream and sugar

HOW I FEEL
I feel sore. I wish I had time for a bath and that I remembered to bring all of my vitamins with me.

The guest speaker tonight was Dr. Carolyn Dean. She was amazing! Has me convinced to be more consistent with taking a magnesium supplement. It really helps so many different physical issues.
