Going Without Sugar

Workout

2 set of Hoe Downs after lunch.



Food Log


Brekkie

Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries, Cinnamon and Original Almond Breeze. Coffee with Cinnamon and Original Almond Breeze.



NO ADDED SUGAR! (Except for in the cranberries.) I've done well so far!

Normally I add a spoonful of sugar to my coffee and a little maple syrup to my oats, but I skipped both this morning. Getting a bite of cranberry with oats helped.


Snack

Baby Organic Gala Apple.

Lunch

Ban Thai Sweet & Sour Chicken with Spring Roll.

I didn't touch the rice! Forgot to order brown rice instead.



Now that I think about it, this dish might have had sugar in it. I should have ordered my usual Panang Chicken with Brown Rice. Oh well. I need to start bringing my lunch for the rest of the week anyway. It saves money and gives me more control over the ingredients.

Have you tried stevia?I love it.I have to stay away from real sugar.I need to get back to doing my hoe downs.Thank you for the reminder:-) cc

Hey Claire! No, I haven't tried out Stevia yet. Good suggestion. Any brand recommendations? :)

I've been going with Truvia and NuNaturals liquid stevia.They have Chocolate and vanilla flavors.It's cheaper at iherb.cc
