How did I do? Horrible! One is just not good enough. Thursday was a complete diet disaster.

Well, 2 out of 3 is okay. My body really misses the workout after a day or two off.


Far Infrared Sauna: Aiming for 1-2 sweat sessions per week

This coming week I need to focus on being consistent in keeping up with these healthy habits. I feel like I let myself run free this past week.
