Yay! 100% on this one. That Saturday workout was one where I had to push myself to do it, but I got it in!


Far Infrared Sauna: Aiming for 1-2 sweat sessions per week

Looks like this healthy habit is set! I love the sauna and look forward to it every week.


Sleep: Aiming for 8 hours of sleep per day: bed by 10pm, wake by 6am
  • SUN: got in bed a little before midnight
  • MON: no excuses
  • TUE: no excuses
  • WED: up late dropping Marcel off
  • THU: up late just because
  • FRI: up late - it's Friday!
  • SAT: up late for Veronica's birthday
I'm sucking at this whole sleep thing! Really have to try hard next week to make this one happen. Seems like I've been getting to bed before or by midnight almost every night this week. But I still wake up around 6-7:30am.


Oil Pulling: Aiming for 15-20 minutes per day first thing upon waking

I started using coconut oil. Yum!!!
